I spent my life as a 7th-degree black belt and a Personal trainer/Nutrition coach. I thought I had it all figured out. But when we decided to expand our business- Genesis Red Light, I put everything I had into building our new location. I worked 18-hour days, survived on fast food, and gave up the training that had defined me. I looked in the mirror and didn't recognize the man staring back. I was the heaviest and most unhealthy I had ever been. I knew I had to make a change, but I no longer had the time to live in a gym. I had to prove that our system worked not just for our clients, but for me.
